ROHNER Canada is operated by Sport Dinaco Inc the authorized Canadian distributor of ROHNER. All purchases made through this site are sold by Sport Dinaco Inc, not by ROHNER directly. Sport Dinaco Inc is the seller of record and is responsible for payment processing, order fulfilment, customer service,returns and warranty claims.

Return Policy (30 Days)

We will refund a product purchased from our B2C site if the item is returned new and unused in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, including all tags and instruction booklets. Used products will not be refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Restocking Fee

Sport Dinaco reserves the right to apply a $15 restocking fee for any item returned without the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.

Return authorization

A return authorization number must be obtained by calling our customer service department toll free at 1-800-567-9503 (Monday through Friday from 7:45AM to 16:00PM EST), or by email at cs@sportdinaco.com. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. To avoid damage to the item and/or packaging, please use the return bag that was provided to you in your shipment.

Proof of Purchase

All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Refunds Reimbursement will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the product using the same payment method as the original purchase. Order Acceptance Placing an order on this website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Sport Dinaco Inc. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted.

Payment

Processing Payments are processed securely through Paypal, Shopify Payments & Shop. We do not store your full payment card details. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully processed.

Cancellations 

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us directly. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our returns process.

Prices, Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST/QST or other regional taxes) will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Errors and Product Availability

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability, but errors may occur. Sport Dinaco Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors, cancel affected orders, and issue refunds where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sport Dinaco Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada without regard to conflict of law principles.
