Shipping (Canada Only)

Order processing time: Orders will be shipped in the next business day following the processing of the payment. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Estimated delivery time: Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are notguaranteed. Sport Dinaco Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers,customs, or events outside our control.

Shipping Fees: Shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping will be free of charge if cart total before taxes is $75.00 or more.

Carriers Used & Tracking: We ship most ROHNER orders using Canada Post. Tracking is available via Canada Post. 

Returns: A return authorization number must be obtained by calling our customer service department toll free at 1-800-567-9503 (Monday through Friday from 7:45AM to 16:00PM EST), or by email at cs@sportdinaco.com. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. To avoid damage to the item and/or packaging, please use the return bag that was provided to you in your shipment. All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Reimbursement will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the product using the same payment method as the original purchase. 

30 Day Return Period: We will refund a product purchased from our B2C site if the item is returned new and unused in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, including all tags and instruction booklets. Used products will not be refunded.

Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Sport Dinaco reserves the right to apply a $15 restocking fee for any item returned without the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.
